Returns Policy

Please be advised that due to the Royal Mail Dangerous, Prohibited goods guidelines we are unable to send fragrance of any kind outside of the UK for more information please visit the Royal Mail website.

Pick Up From Store

You can now choose to have your order delivered in store. Your delivery will be available the next working day when ordered before 3:30pm. For example, an order placed on Friday will be in store for Monday. Your order will be held at your chosen store for 7 calendar days, after which we will refund your order via your chosen payment method. You will need to take a print out of your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and proof of ID (driving licence, passport, ID card, utility bill or payment card etc). PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST COLLECT YOUR ORDER IN PERSON AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE IT AWAY WITHOUT BOTH THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND PROOF OF ID.

Shipping Options use both Royal Mail and DPD, you will be offered either or both depending on your delivery location. Please check below for the breakdown and prices.

Heavy Orders

For heavy or bulk orders, we may have to advise you personally on the delivery price.

When you place your order, it will first process through the checkout without applying a delivery charge.

We will then have to contact you using the details you provide at checkout as soon as possible to discuss delivery method and charge. Please provide contact details you can be easily reached at.

Please note: we will not dispatch the order until this process has been completed.

UK Delivery Charges

All orders received before 3:30pm will usually be packaged and posted the same day and will reach you by 6pm the following working day, orders that are received after 3:30pm on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday (apart from bank holiday Monday's, where they will be sent on Tuesday). Any orders sent out on Friday will be received on the following Monday due to no Saturday delivery (apart from bank holiday Monday's where they will be received on the Tuesday). will always strive to deliver UK based orders within 48 hours on receipt of order.

International Orders

All international orders aim to be packaged, posted and delivered within a 5 - 10 working day period, this can be delayed depending on the destination country.

Our deliveries are sent through Royal Mail or DPD Classic depending on your location, once you have received your tracking number you should be able to track your delivery on the below websites:

If after checking the location of your delivery using the provided tracking websites and you can see the statues is 'delivered' but you have not taken delivery, please contact us straight away with the below details, otherwise, allow 28 working days before contacting us.

  1. An email stating that you have not taken delivery of the item

Once we have the email we can then contact the courier and start the claim process, in some cases this can take up to 30 days.

International delivery charges vary depending on your location and weight, if you would please add the item to the basket your charge will automatically be calculated for you.

Despatch Problems

If an order cannot be fulfilled in one package, example, if some stock is not available at the time of ordering then Masdings will contact you immediately to rectify the situation.

In the event of an order being sent in more than one despatch, there will be no additional delivery charge for customers

Delivery Problems

In the unlikely event that your parcel has not been delivered within the estimated delivery period, please allow 14 working days in the event the parcel has been miss sorted. If after the 14 days the parcel has still not been delivered and your Royal Mail/DPD Tracking reference (Track Here) has not been updated, we can process a refund.

Alternatively, if your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours and any 'safe areas' around your property before contacting us if this is unsuccessful, we will proceed to open a thorough investigation with Royal Mail/DPD with regards to the whereabouts of your parcel. Please allow 30 working days for the investigation to be completed, whereby Royal Mail/DPD will be in contact with you during this period via post to confirm non-delivery of the parcel, once this is complete and the case has been finalised we will then be able to issue a refund/replacement.

Incorrect/Damaged Items.

If you take delivery of an incorrect/damaged item(s), please contact us via email or telephone before returning the item as photographic evidence may be required to authorise the return. Once this has been done, one of our team members will advise you how to proceed from there.

How do I return an item I ordered online?

If you are not delighted with your purchase from simply return the item for an exchange of colour, size, another item or a refund. You will need to contact us within 14 days from the day you took delivery and you have an additional 14 days to get the item back to us. The items need to be in their original condition complete with labels* and in a protective bag/box.  If the item is received past the 14 days return period a credit or exchange will be offered and not a refund.

Any item returned must adhere to the conditions below:

  • Must be returned in the original condition, complete with labels and packaging
  • Items must be unworn with no evidence of deodorants, aftershaves, make-up or other marks or odours.
  • For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange underwear, Ladies Swimwear, hosiery, earrings or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed
  • A completed returns form that can be found on the reverse of the invoice.

Any returned item(s) that does not conform to the above requirements will be subject to a delivery charge to return the item to you.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning an item.

We have teamed up with Royal Mail and Collect+ to make returning your item back to us easier.

Royal Mail.

These are the steps to return your parcel by Royal Mail.

  1. Goto

  2. Make sure you complete your returns form and place in the package.
  3. Take to your nearest Post Office.
  4. Your Done

A sum of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.

Should you require an exchange, please note that we will require an additional £3.50 payment paid via PayPal* before we are able to process the exchange.

*Please note: A PayPal account is not required, you are able use the guest account option

Tracking your Royal Mail return:

There will be a tracking number on the label (under the barcode) that you print out to go on the parcel you return. Make a note of it for future reference.

You can then track your parcel back to the retailer at

Once you are happy with your collection point, follow the below steps.

  2. Make sure you complete your returns form and place in the package.
  3. Take to your nearest Collect+ collection point.
  4. Your Done

A sum of £4 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.

Should you require an exchange, please note that we will require an additional £4.00 payment paid via PayPal* before we are able to process the exchange.

Tracking your Collect+ return:

The store will give you a receipt when they have scanned your parcel. This receipt contains a 7 digit tracking code. You can track your parcel back to the retailer at

After satisfactory inspection of your return, we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Suits that have been the subject of alterations of any nature will not be accepted if returned to Suits can only be returned if they are in the condition they were delivered.

When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?

The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once the we have refunded you.

We will endeavour to refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods. It will take a further 3-5 working days to clear through the banking system.  If you have paid by PayPal your refund will instantly be placed into your PayPal account.
