Returns Policy.

Christmas Returns Policy.

Our Christmas Returns period runs from 1st November 2018 until 3:30pm 21st December 2018. If you place your order in this time, you will have until 10th January 2019 to return your item(s) for a refund/exchange.

Orders placed after the Christmas Returns Policy dates will be subject to our standard returns policy.

If you return an item before Christmas Day, this will not be classed as a Christmas present and therefore will be subject to our standard returns policy and we must receive the item(s) back within 14 days of your order delivery date.

 

How do I return an item I ordered online?

If you wish to return any item(s) for an exchange of colour, size, another item or a refund you will need to contact us within 14 days from the day you took delivery of your parcel. You then have an additional 14 days to get the item back to us. The items need to be in their original condition, complete with labels and in a protective bag/box. If the item is received past the 14 days return period a credit or exchange will be offered and not a refund.

Any item returned must adhere to the conditions below:

  • Must be returned in the original condition, complete with labels and packaging
  • Items must be unworn with no evidence of deodorants, aftershaves, make-up, hair or other marks or odours.
  • For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange underwear, Ladies Swimwear, hosiery, earrings or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed
  • A completed returns form that can be found on the reverse of the invoice.

Any returned item(s) that does not conform to the above requirements will be subject to a delivery charge to return the item to you.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Ways to return an item.

For an exchange:

Please post the item back to us via any service you wish, as you will need to pay for the return. We will then send the exchanged item(s) back out to you free of charge. (Note: if you do not pay the delivery for your parcel, we will contact you for payment via Paypal before processing the exchange)

For a refund:

To make it easier for you, we offer two options for you to return your items through Royal Mail or Collect Plus.

Royal Mail.

These are the steps to return your parcel by Royal Mail.

  1. Goto http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2442 
    1. Follow on-screen prompts
  2. Make sure you complete your returns form and place in the package.
  3. Take to your nearest Post Office.
  4. You're Done

A sum of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.

Should you require an exchange, please note that we will require an additional £3.50 payment paid via PayPal* before we are able to process the exchange.

*Please note: A PayPal account is not required, you are able to use the guest account option

Tracking your Royal Mail return:

There will be a tracking number on the label (under the barcode) that you print out to go on the parcel you return. Make a note of it for future reference.

You can then track your parcel back to the retailer at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Collect Plus.

To find your nearest Collect+ collection point click here

Once you are happy with your collection point, follow the below steps.

  1. Goto http://www.collectplus.co.uk/masdings
    1. Follow the on-screen prompts
  2. Make sure you complete your returns form and place in the package.
  3. Take to your nearest Collect+ collection point.
  4. You're Done

A sum of £4 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.

Should you require an exchange, please note that we will require an additional £4.00 payment paid via PayPal* before we are able to process the exchange.

*Please note: A PayPal account is not required, you are able to use the guest account option

Tracking your Collect+ return:

The store will give you a receipt when they have scanned your parcel. This receipt contains a 7 digit tracking code. You can track your parcel back to the retailer at www.collectplus.co.uk/track

 

After satisfactory inspection of your return, we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Masdings.com is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Suits that have been the subject of alterations of any nature will not be accepted if returned to masdings.com. Suits can only be returned if they are in the condition they were delivered.

When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?

The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once we have refunded you.

We will endeavour to refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods. It will take a further 3-5 working days to clear through the banking system.  If you have paid by PayPal your refund will instantly be placed into your PayPal account.
