Returns Policy.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Our Christmas returns period runs from 1st November 2023 until 3:30pm on the 20th December 2023. If you placed an order in this time, you will have until the 12th Of January 2024 to return your item(s) for a refund/exchange. 

If you return an item before Christmas day, this will not be classed as a Christmas present and therefore will be subject to our standard returns policy and we must receive the item(s) back within 14 days of your order delivery date.

 

How do I return an item I ordered online?

If you wish to return an item(s) back to us for a refund or an exchange, please ensure the item(s) is delivered within 14 days of receipt. If any item(s) are received past the 14-day return period, without notifying us, a credit or exchange will be offered and not a refund. If you cannot return your item within 14 days of receipt, please contact us informing us of your intent to return your order and we will be able to authorise a further 14 days to get the item(s) back to us.

The 14-day returns period does not apply to international customers who have 28 days to return their items.

Any item returned must adhere to the conditions below:

  • Must be returned in the original condition, complete with labels and packaging
  • Items must be unworn with no evidence of deodorants, aftershaves, make-up, hair or other marks or odours.
  • For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of underwear, earrings or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed

Any returned item(s) that does not conform to the above requirements will be subject to a delivery charge to return the item to you.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Ways to return an item.

For an exchange:

Please post the item back to us via any service you wish, as you will need to pay for the return. We will then send the exchanged item(s) back out to you free of charge. (Note: if you do not pay the delivery for your parcel, we will contact you for payment via Paypal before processing the exchange)

Royal Mail.

These are the steps to return your parcel by Royal Mail.

  1. Go to http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2442 and follow on-screen prompts.
  2. Once your return is arranged, you will need to print your return label or take the QR code generated to your local Post Office.
  3. Make sure you complete your returns form and place in the package.
  4. Take to your nearest Post Office.
  5. You're Done
  • Royal Mail now offer to collect your return at your convenience, this can be arranged whilst booking in your return for an additional fee of 50 Pence.

A sum of £4.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.

Should you require an exchange, please note that we will require an additional £4.00 payment paid via PayPal* before we are able to process the exchange.

*Please note: A PayPal account is not required, you are able  to use  the guest account option

Tracking your Royal Mail return:

There will be a tracking number on the label (under the barcode) that you print out to go on the parcel you return.  Make a note of it for future reference.

You can then track your parcel back to the retailer at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

If you do not have a printer, simply write our returns address to the front of the parcel and take this to the post office or send via a courier of your choice.

 

After a satisfactory inspection of your return, we will then issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Oxygenclothing.co.uk is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Suits that have been the subject of alterations of any nature will not be accepted if returned to oxygenclothing.co.uk. Suits can only be returned if they are in the condition they were delivered.

Faulty/Incorrect Items.

If you take delivery of a Faulty or Incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel to let us know what the issue is (you can do this via email or telephone). We will then try to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

*Please be aware that in the instance of faulty items, we may need to ask for photos of the issue in question. We may also ask for all packaging to be sent back with the item for inspection, so please keep hold of everything that arrives with the package. On occasions, we may have to contact the supplier to seek their advice and we will have to wait for their response before any decisions can be made.

 

When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?

The refund will be credited to the original method of payment and you will then be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

We will endeavour to refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods. It will take a further 3-5 working days to clear through the banking system. If you have paid by PayPal your refund will instantly be placed into your PayPal account.
