Weekend Offender
Originating in 2004 from the founder's love of retro sportswear and the rave culture of the 80s and 90s, Weekend Offender have always been heavily inspired by the terracewear aesthetic favoured by football fans and encapsulated by brands such as Fila, Sergio Tacchini and Ellesse. Blending this style with that of the acid house scene has led the brand to the position of innovators in what has been seen as an increasingly stagnant corner of the industry for some time.
With a target audience consisting of men between their late teenage years and mid-twenties, Weekend Offender set out to represent the perfect cross section of youth culture through thematic casualwear collections each season. Music, film and football have all featured heavily throughout the brand's releases and come together to form the core identity of the brand and the people who wear the instantly recognisable garments it produces.
Bringing staple terracewear looks to a more everyday price bracket has allowed proponents of the Weekend Offender lifestyle to foster a synergetic relationship with the brand and each new collection; a feeling of representation for an entire demographic in the fashion industry. Spanning across everything from outerwear, accessories to the more iconic t-shirts and polos ensures that no matter what your style, there's something for everyone.
