The Soundtrack To Your Weekend

The Best of Creamfields 2013...

We've just had Creamfields last weekend and it was amazing as always. Most of the DJs play each other's songs but its great when you can hear it from the DJ themselves. If you were unfortunate and couldn't make it, I've done a playlist of the best highlights and anthems from Creamfields this year...

Alesso Feat. Matthew Komo - Years Sometimes I think Alesso is a little overlooked. When I've seen him play, this is usually the last song he plays. I think its one of his best by far.

Nicky Romero - Toulouse I haven't added 'I Could Be the One' into the playlist as I'm a bit bored of it now. I prefer it when Nicky Romero plays this one. Play it, you'll definitely have heard it. So many people had the masks on from the video at Creamfields.

Sebastian Ingrosso & Alesso Feat. Ryan Tedder - Calling (Lose My Mind) This had to be in the playlist. I heard this quite a few times at Creamfields and when I was in Ibiza. This was great when Sebastian Ingrosso and Alesso played back to back in a tent at Cream because its their song. It starts off quite gentle when its vocals, then the music kicks in which gets every one going.

Afrojack & Steve Aoki Feat. Miss Palmer - No Beef By far my favourite Afrojack song at the moment. When this is played, it gets everyone jumping around. When my friends ask me what songs Afrojack does, I play them this and they instantly want to see him play. I also love Steve Aoki but his tent was rammed at Creamfields so couldn't even get in! He came on as a special guest later though.

Porter Robinson - Language I love this Porter Robinson song, its really uplifting and its great heard live!

The Prodigy - No Good The Prodigy were headlining Creamfields this year and was their only UK performance this Summer. Fear not, they're playing in the UK when Summer has ended, I think they're actually playing at the Warehouse Project in a couple of months. This is my favourite Prodigy song.

Redlight - Lost in Your Love I love Red Light and they were playing at Creamfields this year. It was a toughy whether to add 'Get Out of my Head' or this one but think this one just beats it. I'm seeing them again next week I can't wait.

Sebastian Ingrosso & Tommy Trash - Reload Sebastian Ingrosso had to be included twice because this couldn't be left out. Since Swedish House Mafia have split up, Sebastian Ingrosso has released some pretty good songs off his own back.

Tiesto - In My Mind (Axwell Mix) This is originally by Ivan Gough, then Axwell mixed it, then Tiesto took it on and plays it. Its one of them songs you've heard but not really sure who's it is. Tiesto was voted #1 best DJ in the whole world, I personally think he's a little bit overrated but I guess you've got to go see him live to make your own mind up.

Otto Knows - Million Voices This has been out ages now but when it comes on, everyone still loves it. Otto knows were playing at Creamfields and this song is the reason behind the tent being packed!

Avicii Feat. Salm Al Fakir - You Make Me I'm sure everyone's sick of Avicii's songs right now, he was number one for god knows how long recently but I couldn't miss him out of the playlist! There's no denying they're all anthems but here's his new one he played at Creamfields...
It'll be interesting to see what the playlist will be like after next year's, how the DJs music has changed and who's in and who's out! Until next year...
