This was my first time ordering from this company and I was very impressed with their customer service. I placed the order around 1pm on a Wednesday and within 10 minutes I received confirmation of despatch. Then a few hours later I got a message from Royal Mail that they had received the item and it was delivered on Friday morning. As Thursday was New Year's Day, it couldn't have arrived any quicker!
