Please be advised that due to the Royal Mail Dangerous, Prohibited goods guidelines we are unable to send fragrance of any kind outside of the UK for more information please visit the Royal Mail website.

Shipping & Returns

Please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels*. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Masdings.com is not liable for the cost of returning items.

UK Delivery Charges

All orders received before 4pm will usually be packaged and posted the same day and will reach you by 6pm the following working day, orders that are received after 4pm on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday (apart from bank holiday Monday's, where they will be sent on Tuesday). Any orders sent out on Friday will be received on the following Monday due to no Saturday delivery (apart from bank holiday Monday's where they will be received on the Tuesday). Masdings.com will always strive to deliver UK based orders within 48 hours on receipt of order.

Pick Up From Store

You can now choose to have your order delivered in store. Your delivery will be available the next working day your order has been placed. For example, an order placed on Friday will be in store for Monday.

Your order will be held at your chosen store for 7 calendar days, after which we will refund your order via your chosen payment method. You will need to take a print out of your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and proof of ID (driving licence, passport, ID card, utility bill or payment card etc).

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST COLLECT YOUR ORDER IN PERSON AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE IT AWAY WITHOUT BOTH THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND PROOF OF ID.

Heavy Orders

For heavy or bulk orders, we may have to advise you personally on the delivery price.

When you place your order, it will first process through the checkout without applying a delivery charge.

We will then have to contact you using the details you provide at checkout as soon as possible to discuss delivery method and charge. Please provide contact details you can be easily reached at.

Please note: we will not dispatch the order until this process has been completed.

International Orders

All Orders to Europe should be packaged, posted and delivered within a 5 day period.

International delivery charges vary depending on your location and weight, if you would please add the item in the basket your charge will automatically be calculated for you.

Despatch Problems

If an order cannot be fulfilled in one package, example, if some stock is not available at the time of ordering then Masdings will contact you immediately to rectify the situation.

In the event of an order being sent in more than one despatch, there will be no additional delivery charge for customers

How do I return an item I ordered online?

If you are not delighted with your purchase from masdings.com simply return the item for an exchange of colour, size, another item or a refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange underwear, hosiery, jewellery or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed.

Any item returned must adhere to the conditions listed below:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase

You must inform masdings.com via email or in writing within 7 days from the date after your receive your items for the UK and within 14 days for the E.U.

Please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels* within 14 days of receipt in a protective postage bag/box. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Masdings.com is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Return of Suits

Suits that have been the subject of alterations of any nature will not be accepted if returned to Masdings.com. Suits can only be returned if they are in the condition they were delivered.

The item(s) remain your responsibility untill it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods.

Please leave a note attached to the package describing why you have returned it, and the order number of the package.

When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?

The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed.

We will endeavour in all circumstances to refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods. It will take a further 3 working days to clear through the banking system.
