My item was dispatched 19 mins after placing the order. Never had that ever! Was well packed, item was as described and I even got a money off voucher included in my delivery. I really don't understand where all these negative reviews are coming from on trust pilot. Almost 60% are saying great service and even if something goes wrong they easily fix it no problem, so really don't know where all the negativity is coming from.
